Single client migrating from Lotus Notes to Exchange

Our company has is an Exchange/Outlook2000/XP shop (Exchange 5.5 backend). We have an acquisition that uses Lotus Notes r4. Occasionally one of the Notes users moves to a position using Exchange or Outlook. This time the user needs to keep her Lotus Notes mail. Short of forwarding all mail in her Inbox from the Notes Account to the Exchange account or having two clients installed is there any way to migrate that persons mail from her Notes to an Exchange account? It is not prudent or practical to buy a conversion software since this is the first time in 2 years that I have gotten this request. I have Lotus Notes r5 client, Exchange 5.0 Outlook 2000 and Outlook XP clients at my disposal.
