Since upgrade from NT4 to 2003 AD TS Licences have gone!

I upgraded the domain from NT4 to 2003 AD, I had a win2k file server that had 20 terminal server licences that we use.
Now no one can connect to it and it no longer is a licence server it's licences have gone!

What do I need to do to get it to be a terminal server again?

Was the 2000 server upgraded as well? If so, you'll need to purchase 2003 TS CALs.

And if it wasn't upgraded you may simply need to override the discovery process.
