I just bought a VPR Matrix PC with 2.26 proc & 512 MB. I now want to puchase Premier and have the best capture capabilities. PLEASE help me with what is the best capture card/device, etc. What version of Premier is recommended, 6.0??? How much will both of these cost? I would appreciate any help at all.... THANKS!!!
