Simple Pie chart on formula field ???

i have formula fields which contains summary values...

they are not grouped...

i'm not able to do a pie chart on them...

please help.

it's just like
total shipments : 118
error # 1: 4
error # 2: 7

pie chats with these simple data !
in the report footer ?

You might create a faux group, such as:

If {table.field} = "EWQEWQEWQEWQEWQ" then
""
else
" "

Then select the multi-pie type (3rd on the top if you're using CR 8.5), and add in the summary formulas.

i heard impossible to chart on "WhilePrintingRecords" fields...

i don't know how to do...

my formula fields are shared numbervar values that i sum in another forumlas...and i really need to chart them...

there is just like 3 values, like
totalShipments = 100
onTimeShipments= 92
LateShipments= 8

very simple, no ?

why not so simple to chart that ???

There is a solution on printing whileprintingrecords formulas on the Business Objects website. I have not yet been able to get it to work but perhaps you will have better luck. Check out
