Simple network monitoring utility?

Anyone have a recommendation for a simple, Win32 (ideally) based network monitoring utlity? I'm looking to find out how much traffic is coming from a given workstation.

If the network is either routed or switched through a managed swtich, you may want to look at MRTG. I believe that you can chart data using an IP address filter. You'll need to enable SNMP.
