Simple? : How to activate mouse wheel on TS?

No one in the company seems to know how to do it, can you activate the mouse scroll wheel to work w/ apps in Terminal Server on Win200?

The mouse scrolling functions should work by default in TS. What client are you using to attach to the TS box??

Compaq T1000 or T1010 is the terminal, with a Microsoft wheel mouse. That seems to be the only terminal where the wheel won't work.

Would there any difference if she was on NT4?

Probably, the RDP client has to support mouse scrolling and its likely the client you have is to old.

Try updating the RDP client

Ok. The terminal she is on runs under winCE, and the server is Win2000, I updated the RDP (but after reading the info on it, it is my understanding that it only works with computers connecting to WinXP).

The mouse wheel still doesnt work. Would it be CE that is not allowing it?
