Simple batch program to back up data

Some one help with a simple batch program to back up data scheduled to take place every day at 04:30 PM. I have tried to use ntbackup schedule to run at 04:30 PM usin the at Command but it tells me it will start tommorrow.
I'm in a hurry and I'm not sure it will do it. I want to go for Leave but allow the Backup process to proceed normally.

NB. I have a backup Tape already.

HI.

If you have the NT resource kit, you can use WINAT from there as a GUI interface to the AT command.

Note that you might need to configure the scheduler service to run with a user account instead of system account.
