Simple Backup Software

Hi,

Does anyone know of some simple backup software. I don't want to use Windows Backup. I'm looking for a piece of software that will let me flag specific directories to backup, and then it will just replicate or copy those on to an external drive. I want to be able to schedule it but also run it manually. Also, when I run it again, it will just replace whatever has been changed. Make sense? Any recommendations from anyone??

Karen Kenworthy has a pretty good software package called Replicator, it should do what you want and it's freeware
