On the 3300 MiVoice 7...

Can I have Standard Agents as well as Hot Desk Agents?

Also, can External Hotdesk User only Login as Hot Desk Agents?

You can have both types of ACD agents ( not sure about MCD 7 ). It is not recommended to do so and I am not sure you would want to but the only problem is with CCM software. Prairie Fyre CCM will not support both types of agents at once.

Not sure about your question abour EHDU logging in. If a phone is for ACD agents then it generally will not take a normal Hotdesk login.

Yes I will have Prairiefyre for reporting, so better not to have both.

Yes, if you check the PF docs they say you can't use both becuase the different types of ACD agents generate different realtime logs that pooch the data if both running at once. You have to set the PF CCM as one type or the other. You can still program both types but the data in the CCM will not be a true reflection of what is going on.
