silent monitor

we have a bcm 400 ver 3.6 that we canot get silent monitor working on it works in our test lab on a sys of the same ver

is there any patches to fix this as i cant find any info on nortel??

Under Capability settings, is SM Supervision set for Y or N

What model of handsets are they using to activate Monitoring?
Are they using the Feature *550 command or is this in a Call Centre scenario?
