when monitoring a vdn, using silent monitor, and the current call that is being monitored is transferred to another VDN. Will the monitor follow that call to the new VDN or go to the next call, in the original VDN?

If by "silent monitor" you mean a listen-only service observe of the call, then the switch will allow you to observe the call as it flows through different VDNs while it is still in vector processing.

I have had mixed results once the call is out of vector processing - sometimes it follows to the transferred VDN, sometimes not. It may be something COR related on the concerned VDNs (?).

thanks, yes I do mean service observe. SM was in the old Executone switch. thanks again.
