silence or scratches when call placed from G0 -> G1

after 20 test calls placed betweend Groups 0-1 or 1-0 silence (1way speech) or scratches for 2 calls.

Fiji Cards checked. no difference if it's on cpu 0 or 1. PS cards exchanged.
firstly thought issue in G0S1 as we had issue there with conf/tds card in specified slot. whole shelf was switched off and issue remains.

do you have any clue?

latest patches installed 3 days ago.

this was working and just started? the only time i've seen that was a new install and two cables were crossed.

to be honest it was always in place but issue was intermittend so hard to investigate. before office was quite empty. now when we have a lot of people in it looks like it is growing but of course becasue more calls.

I had the same problem. Replacing a complete backplane solved the problem.

Call your vendor and if they can't fix it have them call tech support and get a case open.

for sure it must be done as doing a test bkpl in ld 39 it is showing fail on link 21 but we don't want to shuffle with hardware and change part by part so if anyone had this problem before I appreciate just short infortmation what it was to know more possible root causes.
