signatures in Outlook 2003

There used to be an option in Outlook 2000 whereby you could change the signature added at the end of the email.

does anyone know where this option exists in Outlook 2003?

Yes Still there

Tools->Options
Select 'Mail Format' tab and hit Signatures button
