Signature repeating in draft messages

One of my users has a problem with messages she replies to but saves in the Draft folder for further editing. Each time she opens that draft reply for editing, another signature is added.

She is using Outlook 2003. I've tried using Detect and Repair, but that didn't help. Does anyone have any suggestions?
