You can either telnet or ssh (if higher releases) to the Sigserver IP. You would get an "OAM>" prompt.
Kinda depends on the release. You can either use ssh or direct connect to the SS. But the login is different in different releases. If you are using UCM then the SS will take on that login and password. If it's prior to 6.0 then you would use the PBX login and password.
