What level of software are you running on your Call Server?
You should have the same release on your Sig Server, and in element manager you can look at the loadware of the MC32s cards, and it should match the one avialable in the element manager. For phone firmware go on nortel an get the latest release that works with your Call Server software level.

Sig Server Load 5.50.12
MC32s use the one on the Sig Server CD (like you have done)
1140e firmware C6J
i2004p2 firmware DCG
I couldn't find different MC32s loads so if you paste them up or the URL to get to them I'll have a look
If you have MGC's you need to do the loadware patches for these also.
