Siemens 3550 IVM

Help ????? I am working on a Siemens 3550 and can not get the 'Intercept Day/Night positions to anwser. The message comes up 'WE Are Unable To Reach Your Contact Person' This is a major problem as the message reads please 'Hold for the operator'.

NB: The rest of the 'Dail One'' options do work as norrmal, and the Intercept Positions extension can be called directly

there is very little settings on the evm, is there any difference in the call numbers, are the all 3 digits?

if you check intercept after anounce will it go?
