I have a particular report in CE9 that has 11 instances in the history all listed as Acrobat format. When I click on the link to view 9 of the reports, they give me a pdf viewer error. I did a little digging into the CE instances and found the following data:

SI_PROGID SI_FILE1
CrystalEnterprise.Pdf ~cef90387d58b8d7214e.pdf
CrystalEnterprise.Pdf ~cef903882cd4eec236e.pdf
CrystalEnterprise.Pdf ~cef90388b240dbd2602.rpt
CrystalEnterprise.Pdf ~cef90388b16ff4525fe.rpt
CrystalEnterprise.Pdf ~cef90388ae3f8c525f0.rpt
CrystalEnterprise.Pdf ~cef90388b5ee44d260a.rpt
CrystalEnterprise.Pdf ~cef90388b44459a2608.rpt
CrystalEnterprise.Pdf ~cef90388c33631b2618.rpt
CrystalEnterprise.Pdf ~cef90388b2109762600.rpt
CrystalEnterprise.Pdf ~cef90388ca40352261c.rpt
CrystalEnterprise.Pdf ~cef90389aea79f22af6.rpt

The two reports that work correctly are both listed as pdf while the nine that won't open have a mismatch between the format expected and the actual file. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this. The user that experienced the problem stated that she scheduled the 2-8th reports all in one sitting so it worked correctly on her first, but incorrectly on the rest. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for you help.
