Shuttle SK41 won't boot

I have been given a Shuttle SFF SK41G with no post problem.
I have replaced everything including GF 4 440 gfx and psu and no improvement.
On power up the fans spin but no video or beeps or anything it just doesen'tstart to boot.?
Could this be a problem with the bios chip?

AMD Duron 1.1
256Mb PC2100
SG bara 40Gb

I am not familiar(never worked on)with these shuttles but would advise you to post on the hardware forum. I don't think this is a Win9x problem and you'll get more answers there.

Having said that, I would say that if you haven't got POST, then it could be absolutely any bit of kit failing. Normally you would boot skinny i.e. remove anything unecessary and diagnose with the use of another machine to test components, which unfortunately means getting another shuttle cube. Regards
