Avaya Users:
I am running Avaya CM 5.2.1.
I am required to remove the Integratrak CDR buffer on CDR-1 and CDR-2.
What do I remove first to de-program the CDR Links so I do not get any alarms.
I have tried to remove ip-services page, CDR system Paramters, IP Node names.
Can anyone tell me what Order to remove stuff to shut down the CDR Links with any alarms?
Thanks, Kerry

From CM SAT:
busy cdr
change system cdr (blank out Primary and Secondary Format entries, submit)
change ip-services (blank out CDR1 and CDR2 entries)
change node-name (blank out node-name and ipaddress mapping, submit)
save translations

Thanks for your help. I was able to remove the CDR information.
I did do print screens for when they want to put it back.
You know once they remove it, They will want it back again. :)
