Hi,

I'm converting a database from Lotus Approach to MS Access 2k. I never worked with Access before and I want to fill the fields in my forms with the data that I imported from Lotus. I really don't know on how to start. I have built all of my forms and all of my tables and queries are in my new Access database, but now I need to join my fields to the data and there is my problem!!!

Thank you,

Icewizz

First, export the data from Lotus using whatever tools it has. I would suggest .xls or .csv.

Next, go to File/Get External Data/Import from the file menu in access. Follow the directions from there. It's pretty straight forward.
