Show when set is in use on operators phone. 2

I want to know if it is possible to see when someone is on their phone on one of the digital screen buttons. That way I know if they are busy or not.

you can take one of your feature buttons (LAST #) or any of them and press "feature *(star) 1. Press the button you want to program. Enter the extension number and press ok. Now that button is programmed for that extension. If that person is on the phone you will get a solid triangle next to that button.

They Just Look COOL !

It is actually Feature *2, button then the extension.

Feature *1, button phone number is for external numbers.

i have the different extensions set on my phone, but the phone will not show when the other sets are in use... just the line number has the triangle next to it... any ideas??
