Yes. Directly underneath that checkbox are two more. Hide extensions for known file types, and Hide protected operating system files. Make sure both of those are unchecked.

Those are uninstaller files. Leave them be. Try running one of the .msi files and you'll see what I mean.
If you want to shrink the folder, uninstall some proggies
