I have a report that has running totals that runs Totals by Client on expense types

Travel $500.00
Experts $0.00
Expenses $10.00
Office $0.00
Automotive $125.00

As there is 16 types I would like suppress that equal zero.
When I try to supress the zero records I get
this:

Travel $500.00

Expenses $10.00

Automotive $125.00

I would like to rid myself of the blank line in between each record

Thanks in advance

Micheal

You need to place each total in its own section, then suppress the section (not just the field)

I would like to do the same thing. However I have a title next to the field. I want the title and the field to be suppressed if the field is zero or blank. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks.

You need to go to the format section of the footer or header (whichever you are trying to suppress) where the records need to be suppressed. Click on the SUPPRESS X+2 button and put in the field criteria you are trying to suppress

ie: {your field name} = 0

NOTE: each footer has to have its own suppression
