Show meeting rooms as busy

When people need to use the meeting rooms and make appointments, I want to show that meeting room as busy, just like the person would show up in the calendar....Any clue how to do this??

Where is the calendar? Is it in a public folder or does it have it's own mailbox that you have access? joegz

First thing you have to do is Create Mailboxes for these rooms as "Resources" on the server. Then, within the calendar, plan a new meeting, and pick one of the Resources from the address book. Make sure you pick it as a Resource
