Hi All,

I've been given the task of re-arranging our mailing/distribution lists. I was hoping to breakdown the company structure in such a way that only the bottom level groups need to be populated. Then the users in those groups will filter up to the levels above.

However, I'm afraid of missing out on any departments or areas that might not be apparent at first.

Once I have my groups set up, I would like a report that shows all mailbox accounts that have not been added to any of the groups I set up.

I know that this could be done in a simple access database, but of course, exchange is not a simple access data.

What I basically want is: Show me all mailboxes that are not in group A, group B, group C... etc.

Thanks in advance.
I'm aware that I might need 3rd party tools for this.

You could look at query based distribution groups that may help populate automatically for you.

Equally I believe there is a way to hook Access to Exchange using ODBC (though I have only heard, never tampered).
