show ftp director listing in html

Does anyone know of a script that will allow me to list a directory in html? Basically, I want it to somehow link to the directory.. but show it "prettied" up. Any idea's? HELP! Thanks.. Thanks!

that's perfect! Except, I cannot figure out how to make it display a dir listing from my ftp site. It isn't on the same server, so i can't just use "/ftpdir/" I tried "ftp://ftp.mysite.com/dir/" that won't work. any idea's? thanks! Thanks!
