Hi there! Question: We have two entries (6811 and 6812) in the IDC table pointing to 6887. 6887 is an analog dn - rightfax test server. Struggling to figure out what I can do to show the dialled number, i.e., whether the caller dialled the 6811 or the 6812 to reach the 6887 number... CLS CNIA or CLS DDGA on 6887 didn't help.. Any ideas?

your deleting the actual dialed dn with the idc table, you could out those entries and make both numbers a maxp 1 acd with ncfw 6887 and run acd reports on those two dn's for call stats.. dins is direct inward system access, that is used to dial in and get switch dialtone from a incoming line, mostly used to hack toll calls and almost never used.
