Was curious if anyone has ever had a shortcut to a shared folder on users desktops hesitate when opening? I have shared a folder out to guests on a Win2000 server and some(not all) users experience a hesitation of anywhere from 5 to 10 seconds. After they finally make the connection and have to reopen the folder it is much faster. Would anyone have any suggestions?
