Short Codes Hunt Group Voicemail

Set a short code for a hunt group member to collect voice mails for the hunt group, user has source number set as HSales, hunt group name Sales number 001.

Short code #001
Telephone ?001
Feature voicemailcollect

This works fine

If I change it to
Short code #001
Telephone ?Sales
Feature voicemailcollect

It doesnt work, call status shows user trying to open ?Salesr and voicemail states remote access not set up for this user.

Any ideas?

it should be "?Sales

Sales needs to be in quotes

"?Sales"

Should work fine now!

I am supprised ?001 works, dont bet on it continuing to function with new releases of software

as stated abouve the telephone number should read "?Sales"

The "remote access not setup" bit means you need to set a passcode for that mailbox.
