Hi all.

I have a sip trunk connected to IPO and works fine.
I have an issue with creating a short code for international calls. When the short code is matched digits are sent to the ITSP straightway before the number is fully dialled. The ITSP in turn starts to dial in incomplete number and fails.
How can I make the IPO to wait until the digits are all dialled before sending to the ITSP?
000N-Dial-00N-17 > The first 3 digits are sent out to the ITSP immediately

000N;-Dial-00n-17 >The IPO just holds the number for a while then hangs up. No digits send out.On Sys Mon only dialled digits just show and no matched short code.

As Amriddle will point out, you are using enbloc dialling.
As IP Guru pointed out: Dial Digit count should always be greater than any internal number (sc 2XXX is an internal number!)
set dial delay count to at least 5 or 6

Increase this:
Dial Delay Time (secs): Default = 4 (USA/Japan) or 1 (ROW). Range = 1 to 30 seconds.
This setting sets the time the system waits following a dialed digit before it starts looking for a short code match. In situations where there are potential short codes matches but not exact match, it also sets the delay following the dialing of a digit before dialing complete is assumed. See the Short Codes section.

· Dial Delay Count: Default = 0 digits (USA/Japan) or 4 digits (ROW). Range = 0 to 30 digits.
This setting sets the number of digits dialed after which the system starts looking for a short code match regardless of the Dial Delay Time.

Copy and paste cowboy but it's what I was going to say.

to force enblock dialing you will need to set the dial delay count to 0

your sc for intenational calls will then be:

SC: 00N;
TN: .
Feature Dial
Line group: <outgoing group ID of sip trunk>
