ShoreTel User Groups

I have a ShoreTel user group that I'm trying to modify. When I change access to one of the outgoing trunk groups within one of the user groups, I get an error that says "8+ is not a valid North American number".

Changing access to other user groups work fine, its just one user group that I cant change.

Does anyone know what needs to change so I can remove some trunk groups from these users?
