SHORETEL Intelligent IP Phone system

The hunt for a new pbx continues... Has anyone had any positive feedback on this IP phone system?

We have been contracted to both install and remove these systems. Seems to be a love / hate thing. Not sure of all of the details surrounding the issues. In both removal cases, replaced with Asterisk system. In both installs, replaced Partner system.

I have sold and installed many different types of systems over the past 25 years and I have found that the customers requiring IP prefer thios system over the rest. Very userfriendly and dependable.

ShoreTel is an awesome system. You can't go wrong buying it. The key is who programs and installs it. I deal with Avaya and ShoreTel. I like both systems.

I am well versed with the Avaya G3si system, What intrigues me about the shortel is the survivalbility of the distributed system. I am planning a trip to meet with a vendor the see the system demo.
