My Shiva VPN is working great. However; when I entered the VPN Manager (v6.70 under NT 4.0 SP6A) to create a new tunnel, I selected the device (that IS running), and the following error displayed: "Error retrieving version information from device". I don't know what this means but I cannot get into the Manager program. I have searched for days to define and resolve the error. Intel no help.
There have been no changes to the VPN setups and as stated above, it's working. Only items different are remote users tunneling in using Win2K Shiva Client. This should have no effect on the ability to negotiate VPN Management console.
