Sharing Outlook Calendar

I have several computers on a domain (only like 3) and each computer has it's own installation of Outlook and I am NOT running an Exchange server....is there a way to be able to share a person's calendar or give access to
someone's calendar to a second person without running Exchange?

You can publish your calendars on a server.
