Sharing modem resources across the network

I have 2 computers at home both of them are connected through a router to a cable network.

Only one computer has a modem which I'm using to dial to the office to read my email.

I'm trying to share resources of this modem across the network, I would like my other computer through the network to use this modem to dial to the office.

Any ideas how can this be done?
