Sharing folders as an user

Hi!

If I enter a PC as an user of a domain, I can not share a folder, but I can if I enter as Administrator of the PC.

Does anybody know how to change provileges in order to allow users share their folders????

You will need to give the USERS either local admin rights or Power User Rights. Domain users do not have local rights to share folders. James Collins

How must I perform that?

I'm sorry, but I do not find the menu...
