nandkumar,

hi, have you heard about kvm switch? It is the simplest way to share monitor, keyboard and mouse among different servers in a rack. It is another piece of hardware you need to purchased. I've used one in of our customer sharing an IBM monitor, keyboard and mouse among Dell servers, compaq servers and pSeries.
Anyway, what monitor is that? Is it a 7316-TF1 flat panel IBM monitor?

Rgds

Yip, and they vary from pretty cheap to expensive, all depending what you bells and whistles you require. You should be able to get a basic 4-way kvm switch for around $100 US.

Follow this link to see an example:
IBM Certified Confused - MQSeries
IBM Certified Flabbergasted - AIX 5 pSeries System Administration
