Sharing Customized Fields between 5.7 and 6.5

My friends like some of the customized fields I created for my investments. How do you share Customized Fields created in GM6.5 with GM5.7? I appreciate any input you have.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Simple sync them. Create a sync set copy it to your friends machine and retrieve the sync set on his machine.
