Sharing between Pro and Home 1

My brother an I have been having troubles having XP home and XP pro share files. Home can do it by going through the wizard, but we have yet to get Pro and home to talk to each other.

Any help, comments or suggestions would be welcomed. Even if it's RTFM. We just don't know why, or even where to continue looking.

We were able to access his drives via logging on a user on his computer

I provided a local account on his machine when I was asked for a user login.
[local account]
[passwd]

When we have the time(he lives over an hour away) we'll probably set up and workout the kinks(why it works the way it does) with the help of the guide.
