Sharing an Outlook 2000 Calendar

How do I share an Outlook 2000 Calendar with another user?

Hi,

From the Tools menu, go into Options. In the delegates tab, Add the user as a delegate and give them the desired permissions to your calendar.

From their Outlook, go to File, then Open, then Other User's Folders. Enter your name and then select Calendar.

That should do it.

Thanks that did the trick. But now i see through this process I can also view the users Inbox. This will present a problem since I don't want users seeing other users inboxes. How can I prevent this from happening?
