Shared Public Calendar

I have setup a public folder which is a shared public calendar. The question i have is that when scheduling appointments to this shared calendar how do i get it to autoaccept appointments. I know this is possible when creating a user but i dont know if you can set up auto accept for a public folder. Any Ideas?

You can setup a script. You will need to configure the Event Service first. (It requires special configuration to be used in 2k unlike 5.5 which worked automatically) Dan
