There is no way of having one PST accessed by two users at the same time. One user will always need to have outlook closed.
This is to protect data integrety.

Can you think of another way to share mails over a network ? I need to move them from the network mail to a network drive so that the 2 users can use them without filling the mailbox ?
Can you not set up the mailbox and give both users rights to access it? Of give them delegate rights on the mailbox?
Problem is it keeps the mail on the server.
Only other way would be to possibly ensure that only one person is accessing the PST at one time.......only ways I have ever come across.

Hi,
The only way that this can work is if the PA archives them at a certain time-when the manager cannot access the archives-then the PA removes the archives from her profile so the manager can access them.
Please understand it is only the archives that can only be accessed by one at a time, the inbox etc can be accessed by both.
