Shared Folder File Deletion

Hello,
I currently have a folder shared for one of my departments. This folder is located on a windows 2003 enterprise server. When someone deletes a file it does not goto the recycle bin. The file is immediately deleted. I would like deleted files to go to the recycle bin in case they are accidently deleted. How can this be done?

Files that are deleted over the network are not moved to the recycle bin i'm afraid, MS introduced a feature called Volume Shadow Copy in 2003 server you should take a look at that.
