If I open up a user's shared calendar I get the tasks and appointments, but they don't match up exactly. One the real one the person will have 2 days marked as vacation and on the person veiwing it will only be for one day. It will be an all day event for the real calendar but show up as being 24 hours from 1am until 1am the next day. It's very strange and confusing. The calendar is only shared out as reviewable so there aren't changes being made. Any ideas? all 2003 servers and 2003 exchange with full outlook client 2003. TIA

You could be onto something. We're all in the same time zone, but with all the MS updates for both the OS and outlook, there could be something there. Now I'll have to try and find if outlook grabs a different time zone?

Outlook has a TZ setting in that can be different than the one Windows is set to. Sometimes that will cause a problem.

I knew the 1 am was what would lead to the solution and I should have thought of it, but needed another person's viewpoint. Thanks to all!
