Share folder for Windows user

I have a samba server. I want to create a share folder on the samba for windows user to save file.
What acount should be created (on samba or linux or both)and what right i should assign to user on samba or linux?

That question is really too generic to answer thoroughly. You probably won't need to do anything different on the Windows machine. You need a samba user account on the samba server. You need a share folder with appropriate permissions. More info here
