Whenever I try to shadow a user it comes up with a Windows logon screen. It also happens when I run a published app. It also comes up when I open an ICA session that I have already inputed the logon info.

We are on Windows 2000, Metaframe XP, No Feature Release. It all used to work but recently has come apart. I have tried installing Win2k SP4 but this has not fixed it.

Any help would be great.

Hi,

Use Citrix Server Administration (mfadmin.exe) instead of Shadow Toolbar or CMC and you won't have to worry about logging in!

BTW ignore the warning that comes up when you run CSA.

Cheers,
Carl.

Service Pack 4 introduces its own set of problems look here to find out what thy are
If you are logged on to the console of the server you always have to log on to shadow, but if you are connected from your desk you should be able to shadow without supplying credentials.

Hope this helps,
