Can someone please direct me to this tool on the cisco website. I cant seem to find it.

What do you mean?

Its a command you run on cisco devices that will output everything TAC will need (more or less) excluding security sensitive information to troubleshoot a problem you may be having.

Are you referrring to the Ouput Interpreter?

You need a CCO login to access this. If you have purchased Cisco gear, you should be able to get one.

sorry I should have been more descriptive.

You take the output from a sh tech command on a cisco device and paste it to somewhere on their website that reads the output and then comes back to you telling you where there is pottentially a problem with your device.
