hello
how i can highlight several words in a text box?
is there special activex or api?
please help me.

You'll need to start looking at the richtextbox control - anmd even with that it isn't straightforward.

Well, if the words are all contiguous, read up on the selstart and sellength (and while you're at it, seltext) properties of the text box.
