We've got a windows 98 machine that won't boot at all. We're getting one of three errors each time it boots, but can't work out what they are.

a fatal exception oe has occurred at 0147:00006935

an exception oe has occurred at 0028:00000002 in vxd - - -. This was called from 0028:c1515eb3 in vxd - - -.

an exception oe has occurred at 0028:00000002 in vxd - - -. This was called from 0028:c023ac79 in vxd - - -.

We've tried doing a clean boot using msconfig and reinstalling windows, but it's made no difference.

Has anyone got any ideas on what could be causing this and how to resolve it? It's got me stumped.

I would appreciate any help.

Thanks

Helen
